All accommodations for this retreat are multiple occupancy. You will be housed with other individuals. Please bring warm twin-size bedding, pillows, and towels for cottage and cabin accommodations.
Registrations are processed in the order they are received. A $25 registration fee must accompany each registration. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds of registration fees will only be made if you notify our office at least 30 days before the camp begins.
Arrival & Departure Times
- Check-in: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday
- Program begins: 7:00 p.m. Friday with supper
- Program ends: 6:00 p.m. Saturday after supper

What if I have special dietary requirements?
If you have special dietary requirements, please contact us two weeks before your arrival, and will provide you with a sample menu.
At this time, we are unable to prepare alternative foods for specialized diets, but campers may bring clearly labeled, pre-packaged supplemental food. We provide access to refrigerator, freezer, and pantry storage, as well as a microwave and toaster oven during meal times.
We are happy to provide guidance in advance to help families prepare appropriately.

What should I wear?
Casual, modest dress is appropriate for all sessions and activities.
Ladies/Girls: Clothing should be loose-fitting, come at least to the top of the knee, and cover midriffs and undergarments. Please no low necklines, narrow shoulder straps, or tank tops. For evening services, we encourage nicer, non-athletic attire. For swimming, dark shirts and shorts will be worn over swimsuits.

What if I arrive late?
If your arrival is delayed, please call the camp office at (603) 529-0001 to hold your reservation. Guests arriving after check-in without notice may lose housing priority and may be assigned alternate accommodations.

What if I leave or lose something at camp?
Contact Lost & Found via the button below and complete the requested information. Although we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items, our team will gladly attempt to locate your missing item(s). If found, items can be shipped to you at cost. Local pick-up is also available on an individual basis. Lost items must be requested within 30 days of your camp week.
