Fall at The Wilds of New England has a different rhythm than summer. As the weather turns cooler, our camps spread out to the weekends, but we still need help with cooking, cleaning, landscaping, and running camp activities. Join us for a different look at camp in our favorite time of year!
Looking for a short-term ministry opportunity?
Each fall, The Wilds of New England hires a small team of seasonal staff members to serve during our busy retreat season from August through October.
These college-age young adults and recent graduates work alongside our full-time staff to host weekend camps and retreats for young people and adults. From running activities to helping in the kitchen or preparing the campsite between groups, Fall Staff play a vital role in making every camp successful.
If you are looking for a meaningful way to serve, grow spiritually, and experience camp ministry in a new way, fall staff may be a great fit for you.

Serving as a fall staff member provides countless opportunities to build relationships, serve campers, and grow spiritually. You will work closely with our full-time team, experience many different aspects of camp ministry, and develop skills that will benefit you long after the season ends.
We are looking for individuals who are teachable, hardworking, and flexible—people who are willing to serve wherever the need arises. This three-month experience is an opportunity to learn what it means to be a Christlike servant wherever God places you.
