Meet our staff
Our year-round staff share much together—work, meals, friendship, and most importantly, a shared faith in Christ that compels them to serve sacrificially for the sake of the gospel. Down-to-earth, imperfect, people-loving, and God-pursuing, these gifted people are the bedrock of our camp ministry. They delight in serving you!
A labor of love
We are blessed to serve alongside gifted people who make camp work their life’s work, pouring countless hours and endless effort into serving campers in widely differing ways—some of them consistently in front of campers, and some so hidden behind the scenes that campers never even see them. Their tasks may differ, but their mission is the same: to present the Truth of God with the love of God, so lives can be changed to the glory of God.

Year-Round staff
From administration to maintenance to food service, our year-round staff serve behind the scenes to make camp ministry possible. Opportunities open from time to time, and we welcome you to explore current openings or submit an application to be considered for future roles.
Summer staff
Each summer, over 60 college-aged young people join our team for 11 weeks of serving campers, building friendships, and sharing the Truth of God with the love of God. Learn more about the opportunity and apply to be part of the summer team.
Fall staff
