Student Leadership Conference
Lead with purpose
A focused leadership experience for senior high school students ready to shape the spiritual direction of their school. Through biblical teaching, strategic planning, and intentional challenges, students are equipped to lead rather than coast.
Developing leaders who set the tone
Student Leadership Conference is a concentrated leadership experience designed to help schools intentionally develop their student leaders at the start of the year. Built around biblical leadership principles and interactive strategy sessions, this event challenges students to embrace responsibility, think strategically, and influence their peers with purpose. Students in grades 10–12 will grow through powerful teaching, focused planning sessions, and exciting activities that make the experience both meaningful and memorable.

Leadership that shapes a school
Student leadership is not about titles—it’s about influence. We partner with school groups to intentionally develop teenagers who model spiritual maturity, unity, and conviction. Through structured teaching and guided School Strategy Sessions, administrators and faculty work directly with their students to build a clear plan for leading well in the year ahead. This is not inspiration alone—it is preparation for real responsibility.

Want to unify your student body?
Sometimes the greatest growth happens through sharing experiences together. Our School Camp creates space for your entire group to bond, laugh, and learn through activities, meaningful chapel sessions, and memorable experiences that strengthen relationships across your student body.

What should I bring to camp?
Bible, twin sheets or a sleeping bag, pillow, towels, toiletries, camera, flashlight, spending money (for The Sweet Shoppe, General Store, Cool Beans Coffee Shop, and Craft Truck), swimsuit, jacket, sports clothes for activities, nice casual clothes for informal services, and at least one pair of shoes that can get wet.
Casual dress is appropriate for the informal camp atmosphere.
Ladies/Girls: Clothing should be loose-fitting, come at least to the top of the knee, and cover midriffs and undergarments. Please no low necklines, narrow shoulder straps, or tank tops. For evening services, we encourage nicer, non-athletic attire. For swimming, dark shirts and shorts will be worn over swimsuits.
Men/Boys: Clothing should be loose-fitting and come at least to the top of the knee. Please no gaping tank tops. For evening services, we encourage nicer, non-athletic attire. For swimming, dark shirts will be worn with swim trunks.
The Wilds reserves the right to ask anyone to change his or her outfit if, in the estimation of the staff, it does not comply with this policy.
-
Should I bring spending money?
All camp activities offered during the week are included in the cost of camp. Spending money is recommended for purchases at The Sweet Shoppe, General Store, Cool Beans, Craft Truck, and vending machines. Most campers spend about $50–$75.
Most campers utilize WildsPay instead of cash for their spending money. WildsPay allows parents to preload funds onto a camper’s account for secure, cashless purchases and is available to all summer campers and sponsors.
-
What if I have special dietary requirements?
If you have special dietary requirements, please contact us two weeks before your arrival, and will provide you with a sample menu.
At this time, we are unable to prepare alternative foods for specialized diets, but campers may bring clearly labeled, pre-packaged supplemental food. We provide access to refrigerator, freezer, and pantry storage, as well as a microwave and toaster oven during meal times.
We are happy to provide guidance in advance to help families prepare appropriately.
-
What if I’m hungry in the middle of the day?
Did we mention we have The Sweet Shoppe and Cool Beans Coffee Shop? We have all the junk food you need to keep you sugared up for a month (ice cream, candy bars, freezes, smoothies, and milkshakes, just to name a few)! These are also great places to hang out, get out of the heat, and enjoy some time together.
